We know how it feels to order something like a gold necklace or a leather handbag online and then just... wait, refreshing the tracking page every few hours. This page tells you exactly what happens between the moment you hit "checkout" and the moment that box lands on your doorstep.

Where we deliver   
Vilora Labelle ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe. We also take orders from a handful of other countries outside those regions. If you're not sure whether we deliver where you live, email us at info@viloralab.store before placing the order and we'll give you a straight answer rather than letting you guess.

Getting your order ready   
Once payment clears, we take 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order. That's not us dragging our feet — every piece gets a quick quality check before it's packed, because the last thing we want is for a ring to arrive looking different from the photo you fell in love with. Orders placed late on a Friday or over the weekend go into the queue on the next business day, same as most stores.

Shipping carriers   
We work with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL to get your order to you, so you're in the hands of carriers you already know and trust — not some unknown regional courier.

How long delivery actually takes   
This depends almost entirely on where you're located:

• United States: usually 5 to 10 business days
• United Kingdom: usually 5 to 10 business days
• Europe: usually 6 to 12 business days
• Everywhere else we ship: usually 7 to 15 business days

These are honest estimates based on how couriers normally perform, not guarantees written in stone. A package can sit in a customs facility for a few extra days, or a courier can have a rough week — that part is out of our hands no matter how much we'd like to control it.

International orders   
Outside the US, we also ship for free — the same 5 to 15 business day range applies depending on how far the package is traveling and how quickly it clears customs on the other end.

A few things worth knowing

• Your delivery address needs to be a real street address. We can't ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, since the carriers' systems won't process those automatically.
• Once your order is marked delivered, our responsibility ends there. Our delivery record is genuinely good, but every so often something goes missing in transit — if that happens to you, we'll get a replacement out to you as fast as we can.
• If nobody's home when the courier attempts delivery, most carriers will try twice more before holding the package at a local pickup location. If it goes unclaimed and gets sent back to us, we're not able to cover a second shipment out of pocket.
• All our delivery estimates are based on business days, Monday through Friday — holidays don't count toward that total, and severe weather can occasionally push things back a day or two beyond the estimate.

Customs duties and import taxes   
If you're ordering from outside USA, UK, and most of Europe, your local customs office might charge import duties or taxes once the package reaches your country. That's set by your government, not by us, and it isn't included in the price you pay at checkout. It's genuinely worth a quick check of your country's customs allowance before ordering something higher-value, so there's no surprise bill at the door.

Tracking your package   
The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If the tracking page doesn't update for a day or two, that's usually just the package sitting somewhere in transit or customs — it happens more with international shipments than people expect, and it's rarely a sign anything's actually wrong.

If something's late or missing   
Email info@viloralab.store with your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves rather than leaving you to sort it out alone. We'd rather spend twenty minutes tracking down a package than have you wondering where your order went.
